We like to have fun. And we might as well have fun because we're doing something difficult... we're changing our lives while we train for a 5K, or 10K, Half Marathon or full 26.2 mile marathon.

We don't want to train alone. Group training is more fun. Group works. The rigors of training are rewarded by feeling better and looking better, and crossing the finish line with your pals.
